Sales policy

For our customers in the International store: The product prices included of the website are excluding sales taxes, Value added tax (VAT) and exclude any fees for custom duties and other applicable taxes and duties.

Delivery times and shipping costs are dependent on your shipping location and will be displayed in the check out.

Customers ordering on the International store will be served with Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and will be charged for items purchased and the shipping only. Import duties or tax costs (where applicable) will be invoiced to you directly from DHL or an import broker appointed to you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion, as some countries have thresholds where no import taxes or duty fees will need to be paid.

If you are ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are aware they will be responsible for these additional charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We would advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.

If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned back to KAPKA’s warehouse and refunded. A shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund. By law, KAPKA is required to state the correct amount paid for any outgoing international package. Any requests to change this information will be denied.

Return policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without explanation. The right of withdrawal lapses 14 days after receipt of the goods.

Right of withdrawal

To use your right of withdrawal, we ask you to send us an e-mail to our Customer Service at KAPKA. You cannot simply choose not to receive/sign for the package upon delivery.

If you wish to cancel a purchase, you must return the product to us. We ask you to make sure the product is returned in its original state. We ask you to return the product(s) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your wish to withdraw.

In case of Right of withdrawal you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Refunds will only include costs of the purchased product. We recommend sending the return shipment with a tracking number, so you may be able to follow your return shipment.

When you cancel a purchase we will refund your payment to your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received your notification that you wish to withdraw. We can, however, withhold the refund until we have received the return product or you have provided us with documentation showing that the product has been returned.

Refunds are transferred to the payment card with which the purchase was made. KAPKA may ask you to provide bank details, when needed, in order to process the refund accordingly.

Return of non-confirming products

If you have received a faulty and/or nonconforming product, we ask you to report any defects and non-conformities of the products within and no later than 1 (one) month after receiving your purchase.

We ask you to contact our Customer Service at KAPKA, clearly indicating the defect and preferably supported by pictures and including the order confirmation.

Once receiving the information and supported material, KAPKA will asses the request and provide you assistance in the solution. We will either provide you a (partial) refund or ship you a replacement for the faulty product. If KAPKA undertakes the step to provide you a refund, we will refund your payment to your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have assessed the faulty product. Refunds are transferred to the payment card with which the purchase was made. KAPKA may ask you to provide bank details, when needed, in order to process the refund accordingly.

Depending case by case, we will indicate to you whether it is needed to send back the products to our warehouse or if the information and additional material is sufficient. In case of the need to send the product back to the warehouse, KAPKA will take care of costs for return shipping.
